Synergy embraces our community and is dedicated to continuing to support our residents as they grow in their recovery journey. The Leadership Program is designed for graduates of our Women’s Flagship Program. This program was established for women that are ready for more independence and responsibility with a proven track record in the recovery process to navigate challenges and utilize their support systems effectively. It’s the connectivity to the Women’s Flagship Program and the continued support that is offered by the Synergy staff that allows for residents to work towards long-term goals. These women have demonstrated their commitment to provide mentorship, sponsorship, and hope for the newer residents.
What Sets the Leadership Program Apart?
Synergy embraces our community including a dedicated residence to leaders in our programs. This was established to meet the requests of residents graduating from our Women’s Flagship Program who wanted to stay local and keep in touch with the bonds and community formed. They also provide mentorship, sponsorship and attractive vision for newer residents.
