Clinical Services
Synergy is focused on providing a treatment experience that allows individuals to improve the quality of their life by identifying the underlying symptoms that led to self-medication and disconnection. Synergy believes in the importance of relational repair to increase connection and allow clients to find meaning and purpose in recovery.
Services
Initial Assessment
Clients that engage in clinical services will be assessed for admission to the program. During the assessment the client’s history will be thoroughly reviewed for the clinical team to understand the best way to support the client with their treatment experience. The assessment will guide the Chief Clinical Officer in determining the appropriate groups and will provide information to assign the client to their primary therapist, who will oversee their treatment while at Synergy.
Group Therapy
Clients will experience small group therapy where they will be assigned to different groups depending on what the initial assessment reveals as clinically needed and most appropriate. Group therapy gives people the ability to feel supported and connected while also allowing for feedback in a constructive format facilitated by a master’s level clinician. Groups at Synergy will focus on specific topics and allow clients to increase insight through self-reflection while also learning ways to emotionally regulate in early recovery.
Individual Therapy
Clients will receive individual therapy in order to provide one-on-one therapeutic support to build safety and connection in the recovery process. This allows the client to receive individualized care using integrative methods that focuses on healing in recovery. Our collaborative approach will help clients find their voice through exploring their strengths and the barriers that have existed. Clients will focus on healing through relationships and reclaiming the person that they are through self-compassion.
Family Therapy
Integrating the family into treatment leads to better treatment outcomes. We believe in family recovery through family involvement in the treatment experience. We offer a family group and family sessions to provide a platform for education and healing. Our hope is that through our family services that the family system will feel more supported in this process and inspire them to engage in their own work and find the needed support. Addiction is isolating not only for the client, but for the family. We believe in everyone having access to resources that can create a pathway for healing.
Specialized Groups
Synergy believes in the importance of having a variety of specialized groups to fully address the “why” for symptoms and behaviors. Groups that will be offered include open process, gender-specific trauma, recovery progress, experiential, and values alignment. These groups will provide a place where clients can receive interactive education as well as create insight to generate meaningful action. Groups will focus on ways clients can build interpersonal skills and cultivate purpose in recovery.
