Employment Opportunity: Walk-able to nearly 300 businesses, Synergy residents have endless opportunities to find employment right in town. Additionally, many folks who own businesses in long term recovery enjoy employing Synergy Residents. We are tapped into a network of safe, structured, fulfilling employment opportunities ranging from painting to a career driven internship.
Clinical Services: Synergy provides an outpatient treatment program that empowers individuals to find purpose in recovery. Individuals will receive individualized care through group facilitation, individual sessions, and family programming. Clients will receive a treatment experience that allows them to increase the quality of their lives through learning ways to safeguard their recovery while focusing on increasing connection with self and others.
12-Step Community: Perhaps the most attractive part about West Chester is the amazing 12-step community that exists here. 12-step clubhouses, hundreds of established young people in recovery, and fellow shipping all around. It is not uncommon for Synergy residents to frequent 12-step meetings that have over 20 people under the age of 30 in attendance each night. Recovery needs to look attractive for us to work for it. Connecting with like-minded individuals in the 12-step community is essential. We are blessed to have access to an amazing network of people seeking to support Synergy newcomers.
Activity: Finding new interests is one way to find success in recovery. Our community has ample opportunities for residents to do just that. Synergy residents can frequent gyms, visit parks, hike on trails, and more. It is not uncommon for Synergy residents to take day trips into Philadelphia to visit museums, watch sporting events, or enjoy the City of Brotherly Love. Synergy residents might also take a 90-minute trip for a day to ski, snowboard, or enjoy a day on the beach.
