Synergy Programs
Our Men’s and Women’s Programs take into account the well-being of each individual resident by offering essential clinical resources, a robust structure and routine, and a vibrant community.
We are committed to improving outcomes and helping create a better way of life for individuals who journey through our programs. Our initiatives guide residents in discovering and aligning their goals and ambitions with their evolving identity.
Alumni
Once in Synergy, always in Synergy…
Synergy’s alumni remain an integral part of our program. We continue to support our Flagship alumni in achieving their goals long after they’ve completed our programs. These graduates then serve as mentors and role models for new residents, completing a full circle of healing and restoration.
Every resident has unique goals, so before graduating, residents work with their Case Managers and Primary Therapists to create an individualized plan tailored to their needs and continuing success. We connect graduates with the resources they need to continue on their journey of sobriety.
Synergy embraces our ongoing community through its dedicated alumni residence, The Collegiate House. Established to meet the requests of residents graduating from our Men’s Flagship Program, this home allows graduates to remain local and preserve the strong bonds forged within the Synergy community. The alumni residing here serve as mentors, sponsors, and inspiring role models for newer residents.
Features of the Alumni House (The Collegiate House)

Wondering if the Collegiate Program or Women’s Leadership Program is right for you or your loved one?
At the level of college, the path to recovery can feel isolating, and for individuals in recovery, college campuses may present challenges that increase the risk of relapse. Traditional college students might not always grasp the experiences of someone navigating recovery.
The Collegiate Program and Women’s Leadership Program offer a college-like, community living environment with flexible rules. Located in newly renovated housing on the West Chester University campus, the houses empower residents to utilize the tools and network established during their early recovery.
