Synergy’s Editorial Policy
Community-Focused Recovery Resources
What Is An Editorial Policy?
An editorial policy is a guideline that informs how all educational and marketing materials should be produced. This includes anything online or in print created to serve the Synergy community.
The policy ensures our resource creation process adheres to a high standard of excellence and upholds accuracy, integrity and client empowerment.
Our Editorial Policy
At Synergy, we hold to three primary objectives within our editorial policy:
- Relevant Matters Only
- Detailed Review Process
- Reliably Accessible Materials
All materials produced by Synergy’s in-house team or in collaboration with industry experts must be on relevant topics that are meaningful to our community. Our review process must be rigorous and detailed to ensure accuracy and reduce potential harm. Information communicated must be accessible and useful to those in recovery and their families.
The Editorial Process For Creating Resources For The Synergy Community
To bring our recovery community the latest insights and information regarding addiction, treatment, recovery, and sober living, our editorial process for every resource follows this procedure:
- Share What’s Relevant: Operating at the forefront of our industry, we are committed to sharing what our clients and families need to hear to advance their recovery, maintain safety and deepen their understanding of the process.
- Leverage Expertise: All resources and materials for curriculum and study will be created by or in collaboration with industry leaders, letting these subject matter experts provide insight to those who need it most.
- Create Premium Quality Resources: High-value resources can be the difference between safety and harm. We are committed to creating the highest quality assets to best serve the synergy community.
- Editing and Medical Review: Each resource will undergo a detailed editing and medical review process to ensure all data is accurate and provide peace of mind to those who read it.
