About Synergy
At Synergy, we are all about relationships. We want our clients to engage with the world in healthy, intentional ways, and our treatment programs help our clients do just that by focusing on three distinct pillars: recovery, structure, and community.
We equip our clients with the tools and support they need to help them learn how to balance the responsibilities of life. Through our proven, phased approach, we empower our residents to exercise better decision-making so that they can make independent living a reality.
Vibrant communities are the stage upon which our programs are set, and we expect our clients to become a part of both the community within Synergy and beyond it. Connection to community is what helps our clients thrive.
For our clients, success looks like building healthy relational patterns both inside and outside the walls of Synergy. These relationships are aligned with their goals and interests. Through clinical support, our clients learn how to become whole.
Our Approach
Our phased approach blends evidence-based therapies, individualized treatment, compassionate support, and a connected community. We prioritize client agency—helping individuals identify the environments, activities, and relationships that best support their recovery, and using both the Synergy setting and the broader community to meet those needs.
Our continuum of care includes Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient Therapy (OP), along with group therapy, wellness activities, and life-skills training. Each element is designed to build stability, resilience, and long-term sobriety.
By understanding each client’s history, strengths, and adaptive patterns, our team applies the right therapeutic strategies and supports to guide meaningful growth. We believe everyone can achieve recovery, and our approach helps clients form healthy relationships, build confidence, and move toward a fulfilling, independent life.
About Our Founder
Our Co-Founder and CEO, Timmy Brooks, followed a proven path to recovery at 18 years old. At the time, he wasn’t looking for recovery; he simply wanted to avoid the consequences of his addiction. After learning how to build a life in recovery, he created Synergy and dedicated himself to helping others find the same path.
